Cancellation Policy
When you book a session, you’re agreeing to our shared guidelines around scheduling, payments, confidentiality, and coaching expectations. Coaching is a collaborative journey and is not a replacement for therapy or medical care. Please provide 24 hours’ notice for any changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice (unless due to an emergency) will result in forfeiting the session without a refund. Clients are allowed one free no-show as a courtesy. Any additional no-shows without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited and the full session fee being charged. Your growth is deeply supported here, and your active participation is key to meaningful progress.
