About the event

Join us for a rejuvenating 90-minute workshop tailored to support nervous system regulation for adults with ADHD. We’ll begin with breathwork practices to center the mind, ease tension, and prepare the body for movement. Next, we’ll begin an energizing vinyasa flow to activate the body and release excess energy, setting a foundation of warmth and openness. Transitioning into a grounding yin sequence, you’ll be guided through gentle holds that encourage the release of stuck emotions, allowing tension and stress to melt away. In our mindfulness practice, you’ll build interoceptive awareness through somatic techniques, helping you connect with your body's cues and emotions in a safe, supported space. A peaceful walking meditation will conclude the experience, promoting presence and balance. This workshop is an invitation to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive, nurturing space. All levels are welcome!
